But I'm terrified of needles!
It's normal to be nervous about sharp objects! Most people say its no worse than getting lightly tapped by a toothpick or they feel no pain at all! If you've never had acupuncture we will make sure to talk with you throughout the process and ensure your comfort during the treatment. We will do everything we can to ease any fear you may have.
How long does a treatment take?
Your first visit last about an hour. Follow up visits generally take between 30 and 45 minutes depending on your condition.

It's generally appropriate to wear yoga or workout clothes to a treatment. If tight fitting clothes are worn to the treatment, a gown, shorts and/or sheet will be provided. The location of the points can vary, some being directly in the area of concern and others being in a seemingly unrelated area. This is normal.
